The service

AIRCITE is an AI-powered growth and SEO platform operated by LUCA LLC, a company based in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. The service helps businesses improve search and AI-answer visibility, publish content, manage social posting, and track leads and attribution. By using aircite.ai or the AIRCITE service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for business use; you must be authorized to act for the business you register.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by scraping at abusive volumes or circumventing rate limits.
• Use the service to publish content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Resell or sublicense the service without written permission from LUCA LLC.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring subscription basis. The current plans and prices are listed on our pricing page, and the plan you select at checkout governs what you are charged. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the service. You grant LUCA LLC the limited rights needed to operate the service on your behalf — for example, to analyze your site, generate content you approve, and publish to channels you connect. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. LUCA LLC does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Search engines and AI platforms change constantly; results vary by market and site.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUCA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of LUCA LLC for all claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. LUCA LLC may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required to protect the service or comply with law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — survive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and each party consents to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change means the updated terms apply.
