AIRCITE (aircite.ai) is an AI-powered growth and SEO platform operated by LUCA LLC, a company based in Lincoln, Nebraska, USA. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website and the AIRCITE service.

• Contact information you submit through forms on this site — such as your name, work email, company, and website URL — when you request an audit or sign up.
• Usage analytics, collected via PostHog, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser and device type, and approximate location derived from IP address. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• Payment information, processed by Stripe, when you purchase a subscription. Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe; AIRCITE never stores your card numbers on its own systems.

How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide and operate the AIRCITE service, including preparing the audits and reports you request.
• Respond to your inquiries and follow up on requests you make through our forms.
• Process subscription billing through Stripe.

We do not sell your personal data

LUCA LLC does not sell your personal data, and does not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers needed to run AIRCITE — such as our hosting provider, PostHog for analytics, and Stripe for payments — and only for the purposes described in this policy.

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep the service working and to measure usage through PostHog analytics. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site performance and is not used to build advertising profiles. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above: contact information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or an open inquiry, billing records for as long as required by tax and accounting rules, and analytics data on the retention schedule of our analytics provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
